We left feeling it was wildly overpriced and misleading. The room was dusty, with hair and bed bugs in the bed, dim lights falling from the ceiling, and what seemed to be oil on the lights and door handles. The doors needed to be slammed shut, and gaps around them and in the walls let bugs in. There were mosquitoes and other bugs everywhere, so we ended up blocking the bathroom and sliding door with towels. The bathroom had no fan and was open at the roof, yet still poorly ventilated. The AC barely worked even on its coldest setting, and the room got so hot that my husband vomited from heatstroke. The TV only showed static. They claimed the walls were soundproof, but gave us earplugs for the dogs, roosters, and traffic outside. Our three-night booking was cancelled on arrival. When we tried to book again, they asked for more money, so we only stayed one night. When we left, the safe was broken and we couldn't get our passports out. Staff in the lobby were on their phones when we asked for help, and the man who eventually helped kept burping, which felt extremely unprofessional. There was just one pool, surrounded by mosquitoes, with lots of debris floating in it. The place was empty, and looking back, we understand why. I honestly wouldn't recommend it. You don't get your money's worth.

We were a family of five and would book this charming place again in a heartbeat. We don't know the exact price because we booked through a travel agency, but the rooms were great, the pool was very nice, and the staff were wonderful. We liked being just down the road from Mushroom Beach, and rented scooters at the hotel to explore the island. The staff were lovely and helped us out in a couple of worrying moments. Right after we arrived, one took my wife by scooter to a pharmacy because we needed medication. Later, my two-year-old son burned himself with hot coffee, and someone took him and me by scooter to a nearby medical center.

The service was really nice, and they welcomed us with drinks when we arrived. The room was very clean and spacious, the pool was big and warm, and the food was great. The beach is just a five-minute walk away.

The staff were the best part, and they even arranged birthday decorations in our room and ordered a cake at no charge. The pool stayed clean and was open all day and night. Our bed was very comfortable, and the rooms were cleaned daily. It's a lovely place to stay, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. I'd recommend it without hesitation.
