The beachside location is a 10/10, and Kedak was friendly, helpful, and excellent with us. The service was efficient when we asked to change bedding in another room after the first day and to have the AC checked, since it smelled damp and musty. One room’s roof also leaked during heavy rain one night. The Wi-Fi never worked while we were there. We were told on arrival that it was down, but it wasn’t fixed, and beachside reception was patchy, so we had to use Wi-Fi at nearby cafes, which was annoying. It’s a great spot with great help, but at this price I think the maintenance could be better. Calling the villa “rustic” doesn’t mean it can’t be well maintained.

From the living area, we had a beautiful ocean and sunset view. The house is right on the beach, with boats waiting out front to take you surfing or scuba diving. The staff were lovely, and there are good bars and places to eat very close by.

The host was especially helpful, and stepping outside put us right on the beach. They arranged all our tours and boat transfers, and everything went smoothly. We loved our stay.

It may be rustic, but that’s part of staying right on the beach on an island. You can walk to some of Lembongan’s best bars, cafes, and restaurants. The location and staff were incredible, and everyone was friendly and honest, always willing to help. I’d stay here again and again.

The staff were discreet and very friendly, which we appreciated. The villa has a lot of potential, though it’s showing its age and could use some updates and renovation. What made us uncomfortable was the confrontational, aggressive behavior from security personnel at nearby Watung. This needs to be dealt with so future guests can feel safe and well looked after.
