The lumbung-style room at The Nichos Bungalows & Villa was a real treat, especially with its own swimming pool. It has a cozy, distinctive design, and the pool made it even easier to relax. A lovely spot for a peaceful getaway.

The price is exceptionally modest for what you get, especially at a spot just 50m from the beach. Nichos Bungalows provided a great room and good service. Mine was small, but the bed was very comfortable. The outdoor bathroom had plenty of space, everything was clean, and the staff were very helpful. I think some other reviews overlook just how reasonable the price is.

The location is great, right on the main strip at mushroom beach. Rooms are tidy and clean, though a bit small, with an indoor/outdoor bathroom and a little balcony. The deck around the walkway and pool needs some maintenance. It was nice enough, but felt a bit overpriced to me.

It’s a peaceful spot, just two minutes from Mushroom Bay, and the pools are clean. For the price, we had a really comfortable stay in a cute room. The staff were great, happy to help with anything and share information. It’s not a perfectly polished place and is getting a little worn with age, but that’s Bali, and I like it that way.

We stayed at the Nichos villas for six nights during our Bali surf trip. The staff were amazing, spoke great English, and there was a good vibe around the place. Our room was nice, and for the price, the location can’t be beaten. Special shout-out to Nyoman, who made our trip. Funny guy.
