Katamaran Hotel & Resort Lombok

The restaurant, pools, scented room, greenery, pool bar, and access to the sea were all great. Everyone was really kind, and we enjoyed our stay a lot. The receptionist showed us the different types of accommodation, and we were happy to choose one and stay. We'd originally booked this hotel as a backup for the western part of the island, but that was a mistake. You should have been our first choice. You came through for us when we needed to change hotels. From the first impression, the place felt like a peaceful oasis with a calm atmosphere and friendly people. Thanks again!

The property is right on the beach, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are very good, and although the resort feels a little older, it's clearly well maintained. The gym is well equipped with beautiful ocean views, and breakfast has a wide range of choices. Pickup from the harbour was flexible, and being able to check in early was a great start. We also had the chance to stay at Katamaran Komodo, where the service felt more consistent. It's a pity there's a noticeable difference, since the Lombok property has great potential. A few things were disappointing. The beach and pool towels looked quite worn and could use replacing. Dry cleaning took three days, which was inconvenient. If we'd known the laundry wouldn't be back the next day, we would have used an outside service. Communication sometimes felt uneven. Staff tended to direct questions to me rather than including both of us, such as asking me about drink orders without addressing my wife. It may not have been intentional, but it affected our comfort and sense of inclusion. There was also a minor organizational slip when a receipt for paid transport went missing. It was easily resolved when they provided it again, but it left a slightly disorganized impression.

The peaceful atmosphere made it easy to unwind, and the ocean views, infinity pool, and sunsets were stunning. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were warm and welcoming throughout. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices. We had an amazing stay at Katamaran Hotel Lombok, and it would be perfect for a week away with friends or just to relax in Lombok. Highly recommended, and I'd happily return!

The ocean view room was the highlight for us. Waking up to the sea each day was stunning, and Katamaran Resort had such a calm, peaceful feel. The staff were warm, attentive, and ready to help, which made the stay even better. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, especially for vegetarians, with a good range of options. The lunch and dinner menus were more limited for vegetarians, mostly pasta and pizza. It's a beautiful property with a lovely ambience, and I'd recommend it for a relaxing break, especially if you book an ocean view room.
