The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are welcoming and provide good service. Burza Hotel Lubuk Linggau is conveniently placed near the city center and local food spots, with plenty of parking. There’s a restaurant and meeting rooms too. The cozy feel makes it a pleasant choice for work or a getaway, whether you’re there for one night or longer.

A comfortable stay in a well-located hotel with friendly staff and all the amenities. The room could be bigger, though.

10/10
The rooms were quiet and clean, and breakfast had a lovely range of dishes. Ria gave excellent service at breakfast. The staff were so helpful throughout: Kenzo at reception arranged our onward travel to Palembang, and manager Mr Chandra kindly sent fruit to our room. I’d definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting town.

Easy to reach right beside the main road, and a decent place to stop after a long journey. The staff were all polite and friendly. Our air-conditioned room was nice and clean, though not completely. I didn’t have time to judge every service. The food was so-so, and the price seemed alright.

The room was fairly clean, though they could do a better job, and the bathroom had hot water. The cafe is nice, but breakfast was bland and the toaster needed a few tries. There was also a lot of noise from what seemed to be a live band, and it carried up to our room. I had to book in person because my mobile banking had poor signal, and the quoted price was ridiculous compared with the app. I ended up haggling over it. I’d stay here again if I came back to town, but I’d book through the app next time to avoid that.
