Grand Zuri Lubuklinggau by ZHM

Breakfast had a decent range and tasted good, and the bed was comfortable enough that we slept well. The room also kept out a reasonable amount of road noise, which helped on a busy main road. Staff were generally helpful and did their best to assist. There were some snags, though. Check-in and checkout both took longer than expected, and the process felt clumsy. At first the staff couldn’t find my booking and said it wasn’t in the system, even though it had been confirmed. The floor was still a little dirty when we arrived, as if cleaning had missed it. The bathroom smelled unpleasant, and the floor around the toilet stayed wet, which made it seem like there was a leak.
