It was quiet, and the room was clean with a fairly modern look, including some wooden panels. There was plenty of space, though it wasn't laid out very practically. The bathroom was medium-sized, the TV seemed small for such a large room, and the wooden wardrobe was also medium-sized. It had the usual hotel fridge and a tea and coffee maker. The digital door handle was there, but there was no standard lock or door jamb.

The staff were really nice, and the hotel was clean, but there wasn't much else to recommend. Wi-Fi was best in the lobby or at the front office. There was no hot water or cable TV, and reception for the local channels was poor. The room felt a bit small, and breakfast fell somewhat below standard.

The shower leaked and left water outside the room. I also had to carry my own suitcase upstairs, there was no shampoo, and late checkout cost too much. The service felt mediocre for the price. If you're backpacking and don't mind service, this place may work. For better service, look somewhere else.

Room 07 had a clogged drain, so why was it still being sold? The air conditioning only goes as low as 28 degrees, and its temperature varies with the weather outside. That doesn't seem enough for a room. I asked the room boy to check whether another room was available, but the front desk said every room had the same setting. The front office was cooler than the rooms, which is true. Why hasn't the manager complained to the air conditioning supplier?
