The restaurant was a highlight, with a decent choice of mid-priced Eastern and Western dishes. It also had a non-smoking area on a separate veranda, and the restaurant staff, including the host and interns, were helpful and friendly. The koi pond added to the calm, well-kept atmosphere. Staff throughout the hotel were warm and welcoming, and a young woman at the front desk arranged an early check-in quickly while juggling other things. On my recent work trips to East Java, the location near places like the town square made getting around easy. I've had a comfortable, enjoyable stay and plan to return on future work trips.

Our executive room was spacious, clean, and nice, and breakfast was included. The rates were affordable. We had dinner at the restaurant and ordered room service too. The food tasted good and was inexpensive, and the staff were kind and helpful.

On my first solo stay here, I had a Superior Queen room that was comfortable and quite good. The location is convenient, the staff were very friendly, and there's a pretty good restaurant with affordable prices ^^

The bed was comfortable, the room was good, and the air conditioning ran quietly. It took a while for the shower to heat up, and outside light shone into my room all night. The restaurant food was good, but they missed some of my orders, including chicken katsu and dimsum.
