This was our family's first stay there over the year-end weekend, and it was a pleasant visit. We had a superior room with enough space for 2-3 people, a clean bathroom, and good hot water. Breakfast was nice, though I haven't tried room service yet. Judging by the guests, I'm sure this is one of the favorite hotels in Madiun city. We'll definitely stay again when we're in Madiun.

We had a great stay. The rooms were tidy, good value for money, and the hotel compound was peaceful and quiet. Our room faced the main road, though, so we could hear all the scooters passing by.

The rooms are spacious, neat, and well equipped. Service at Votel Kartika Abadi was friendly, and the breakfast had a range of dishes with good quality and taste. I'm very satisfied and will be back next month. Highly recommended.

The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. My room was clean, the water heater worked properly, and the visit was satisfying overall.
