I was already in a bad mood when I arrived. My WA status was ready, but I still had to wait until 1 am. Then, when I got there, I was nearly cheated: we'd agreed on 200k for the full day, but an employee tried to charge me 280k. All the employees were drunk. After I paid, I was really disappointed with the room. It was dirty, the sheets hadn't been changed, the blanket was wet, and there were no towels. The bathroom was full of cigarette butts, and the toilet seat was very dirty. Really not recommended at all. That's enough for me, and I regret coming here.

Breakfast was the last straw. We arrived at 8:00 AM, after paying for a room with free breakfast, and there was nothing left at all, so they sent us to the food court. Breakfast is supposed to run from 7-10. If it's buffet style, there should be food until 10. The bathroom also smelled like T41. I booked a deluxe room hoping to rest, but it was like a warehouse tucked under the stairs. I could hear people walking around above me, and the footsteps were so noisy I woke up every hour and couldn't sleep properly. It's so bad, and for this kind of money I should have gotten something good. It's disgusting, I won't come back!!!!!!

I checked the room before booking and found it reasonably clean, and the price was pretty low. But there’s no proper parking, just space along the main road. I nearly booked through the app, where the bed was listed as twin, but here that apparently means double. Good thing I hadn’t paid yet.
