Hotel Trikatu Kendal

There's no car park, and many of the facilities are damaged. The bedroom lights were out, the rooms were dirty and full of insects, including tomcats, and the floors were dirty too.

Wouldn't recommend it.

The first thing we got on arrival was an unfriendly look from the receptionist, with no explanation of the facilities. During our initial look at the second floor, it felt a bit cramped from floor to ceiling, so with four of us we rented on the third floor instead. That floor didn't seem very clean either: the mattress had lots of stains, and insects were stuck to the bathroom's black walls. We had to park the car on the sidewalk, which felt risky for theft. Please improve the service and cleanliness, and freshen up the hotel's atmosphere.

I've never stayed in a hotel this bad. There's no dedicated parking, the rooms are small, stuffy, and smelly, Wi-Fi and cellular reception are poor, and the toilets aren't well maintained. I only lasted an hour before the smell got to me and I went to find another hotel. It's a waste of money if all you want is a night's rest. Seriously, stay somewhere else.
