Breakfast was a real treat for our family, with plenty of tasty, freshly prepared options. We also slept well in the especially cozy beds, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. They were warm, attentive, and quick to help. Achiera Hotel Majalengka felt safe and pleasant for traveling with young children. We think it’s one of the best hotels in Jatiwangi, and we’ll stay there again on our next trip to Majalengka. Highly recommend it.

The food was good, the location worked well, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They even put towels and a bucket under the leaking AC without charging me extra. It’s a nice, new hotel, but there were a couple of problems. The brand new AC leaked like Niagara Falls, so it seems it may have been installed incorrectly and might be beyond what the maintenance team can fix. There was no hot water either. They also serve cold beer.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is excellent. I stay here on my business trips and haven’t run into any major problems. The road leading to the hotel is in rough shape, with deep potholes and other damage, though. On my last visit, I found a caterpillar in the breakfast menu. It put me off my food and was really disappointing. Please fix these issues to make the stay better.
