Hotel Horison Ultima Kertajati Majalengka

Everyone here works with heart. They’re attentive and notice the little details, and that hospitality is why I love this place.

I’ve stayed here a few times with my family, and they always take care of what we ask for. The service is outstanding, and the room is consistently tidy and clean. Thanks to all the staff at Metland Smara.

There’s a rice field outside the window, and the hotel was easy to find even though the road gets quite dark at night. It’s about 5km from GT Kertajati, which makes Hotel Horison Ultima Kertajati a handy place to stop and rest after a traffic jam on Cipali. The pool is on the small side but works well for kids. We got welcome drinks and snacks on arrival, and check-in was fairly quick. The room was spacious and clean, with good AC, complete amenities, and a pleasantly scented bed. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices. The service was excellent too.

The staff were the best part of our stay. They kept trying to find solutions for our problems and did their best for us as guests, so their service deserves praise. The hotel is close to the airport, but not much else. Online drivers are hard to find, and food delivery costs a lot because it has to come from far away. The gym is tiny, with room for about two people, and the adult pool is only 120cm deep. The AC in the breakfast area may not have been working.
