RedDoorz Plus @ Hotel Putrajaya

Good value, and it was okay.

I keep choosing this hotel when I have business in Majalengka, whether I'm coming from outside town or already in the city. It's on the main road, so getting there is easy, and the downtown location is convenient. The rooms are clean and the facilities are fine. Staff are friendly, there's a pool, and it's close to the food spots. My go-to place here.

I paid in full after booking through TikTok, but at the hotel I was told Traveloka would refund me automatically. Traveloka said I wasn't eligible because I hadn't taken a photo to prove I'd arrived. The receptionist never mentioned that I needed to take one. This is a one-star hotel.

The staff were friendly and quick to respond. When I found there were no towels in the room, they brought them promptly. The Deluxe Twin Room was spacious and clean, though the toilet only had cold water. It also felt a little damp and had a slight smell that made it less comfortable. The hotel is on Majalengka's main road, near the roundabout, Raharja Park, Cultural Park, the Sports Hall, and the town square. There's a pool behind the hotel, but it's separate, and entry costs 15,000 IDR for adults or 12,000 IDR for children. I liked the view and the service.
