The only real bright spot was the receptionist who greeted us early in the morning. He was friendly and cheerful, and deserves five stars on his own. Everything else made this the worst budget hotel we’ve stayed at during two months of traveling around Sulawesi. My partner and I found the room unbearably hot because the air conditioning didn’t work at all. In the bathroom, used toilet paper was stuck to the filthy floor, hair clogged the sink, and a sewage smell came up through a hole in the floor. The leaking bidet kept the floor wet, and the broken door wouldn’t shut properly. Rain also came through gaps in the badly fitted windows during an evening storm. The bathroom seemed untouched by cleaning staff, and with the leaking windows, broken door, and dead AC, the hotel failed on every level. Don’t stay here.

I checked in, then left just a few minutes later. The room didn’t look like the pictures: it was dirty, dusty, and smelled of dust and cigarettes. The sheets were heavily stained, the toilet was dirty too, and the window curtains were broken.

The AC wasn’t cold, and the place was dirty, grimy, dusty, with black water. This was my first and last stay. They should improve the quality before opening.

I booked through tiket.com expecting a decent hotel, but checked out one minute after entering the room. It was extremely dusty and felt like a warehouse. What kind of hotel is this? Don’t stay here.

This hotel had already closed, but it was still listed on the Traveloka app, and I couldn’t get a refund. I’ve never booked a fake hotel before. A huge loss, and the worst hotel in the world.
