The atmosphere was good, and the service was nice, especially from Ria, the server at the restaurant. But there's no laundry for guests staying a long time, no coffee break or snack, and no welcome card in the room. Overall, good.

Everything was very good apart from the bathtub cover, which couldn't be unplugged. The rest was all good.

The staff were fine. We like that the hotel is somewhat dated, and being able to air out the room with fresh outside air matters to us. I was disappointed that there was no breakfast buffet because of Ramadan and low occupancy. After a good conversation with the manager, breakfast was served in the breakfast room instead of in the room, but it still wasn't a buffet.

The room could use an update, though it was clean and neat. Breakfast was tasty, especially the fish parape I loved, but there wasn't much to choose from.

I found the staff caring and friendly, and they were always willing to help, which made me feel at home. The internet was quick and steady for both work and downtime. My room was spotless, with a simple, elegant look that felt comfortable. There were plenty of delicious dishes to pick from, too. The attentive service and facilities made this a great fit for either a business trip or a vacation.
