Room 8025 felt a little stuffy because the canopy roof kept much natural light out. The gym has plenty of space, but with so little equipment it feels underused. The service, though, was a real bright spot, especially Mas Ancha in the breakfast area. He was attentive and very accommodating, and we had a nice stay.

Stephen was always tuned in to our table and quick to notice what we needed. When the keropok came out soft, he brought a fresh one over before we even mentioned it. That was one of several thoughtful things he did, and his proactive, attentive service was incredible. Honestly, it was the best service I can remember getting anywhere. Big shout-out to him, he deserves a promotion.

Ms. Aulia from The Eatery was so kind during breakfast. She cheered up my sad daughter with a special iced chocolate, and I really appreciated that. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional. The service made us very happy, and I'd recommend the hotel for a vacation. Many thanks to everyone.

The room felt really old and needs urgent repairs. I also found a yellow, dirty towel in the bathroom, so check the towels before using them. Breakfast has lots of options, but the food is only average, and you might eat better elsewhere. The property itself is great, the service was great too, and the upgrade was nice.

Renovations are needed. My suite's air conditioning wasn't cool enough, even after I asked the hotel to fix it. I booked four rooms with my partners, and they all seemed to have the same quality and AC issue.
