The rooms made coming back after the beach something to look forward to: roomy, spotless, comfortable beds, stylish, and clearly cared for. Nero North is up in the quieter north of Gili Trawangan, where you can get away from the busiest spots but still reach things easily by bike. The staff were the real highlight, always warm, attentive, and ready to help. I'd happily stay again and recommend it.

The team made this stay memorable. They were cheerful, helpful, and so kind that we felt at ease from the start. We had a great time here, loved the warm atmosphere, and would gladly recommend the hotel. Hope we get to return!

The setting is beautiful, right in front of turtle point, and the people were just as lovely. The staff were attentive and chatty, and pointed us toward good local food. Tari especially noticed all the little things and was quick to help whenever I needed it. Such great hospitality.

We were often by ourselves on the beach, and the area around the hotel was quiet with few people. The local dishes were especially tasty, and the staff were lovely, knew us by name, and seemed to enjoy their work. The pool was nice too. There were a few small room issues, nothing major.

Amir is such a lovely bartender, and the cocktails he makes are the best on the island. Go enjoy one while watching the sunset, and ask for one of his best. The hospitality is really good too. Nero North should hold on to him, he's a big asset 👌
