I booked on Agoda, but when I got there, nobody was there and the place wasn’t available anymore.

We were deceived. The accommodation is no longer available, yet it’s still listed for rent on all the apps. The app providers should take action.

This place isn’t available. It looked tempting at that price, which is a shame.

Traveloka let me book, but the accommodation had already closed. It shouldn’t have been listed, and we were scammed.

It’s been closed and out of operation for a long time.
