The staff were helpful and friendly. There are meeting rooms on the first three floors, and nearby you’ll find the Sahid Group Hotel, restaurants, a mini market, and business offices. My guest room was a little narrow, though the furnishings and bathroom were adequate. The building feels old and poorly maintained, and its only elevator is small.

The price is affordable, and the location works well, close to Mall Ratu Indah and the beach. The hotel looks old and some facilities need repairs or replacing. I was on the 3rd floor and there was no power socket beside the bed. The bathroom was okay, though it could be better.

The staff were helpful, and it was cheap. My room was quite large but dated, with no hot shower and a bed cover as thin as paper. Mosquitoes kept getting into the room. For that price, you take it as it comes.
