I attended a business seminar here and the venue room was good. The AC worked better than at several other seminar hotels I’ve visited, the sound system was good, and the iftar and dinner were tasty. Some guests waited about 10 to 15 minutes for the next food batch, though. The hotel isn’t on a broad road and has little car parking, so it may not suit a large event. I’d recommend it for a medium sized business seminar.

The food was good, but I wasn't happy with the stay. The air conditioning stayed pretty hot even on the coolest setting, and room service left my dirty towel for days until I asked for a replacement. Most staff didn't greet me, and nearly every breakfast table was dirty. It's a budget hotel, but I definitely wouldn't stay again.

Breakfast was a letdown compared with other 3 star hotels. There was very little choice, the taste was so-so, and the waiters didn't refill dishes once they were empty. I'd book without the breakfast package. The hotel is quite old, but the interior, lobby, hallway, and spacious room were clean and cool. My standard room even had a refrigerator and TV cable, which impressed me. There are also several meeting rooms and a ballroom for rent.

It's easy to get to, the room is worth the price, and the service was good with friendly staff. The ballroom is too small for a wedding party. One useful thing is that the hotel has a parking lot separate from the building.

I stayed Monday to Tuesday on January 2024, and my room was perfect. The two downsides were terrible Wi-Fi on the 9th floor and a really bad breakfast.
