Breakfast was a great start to the day, with lots of choices, and the ikan bumbu parape was especially tasty. McDonald's, Fore Coffee, and Circle K are close by too, handy for food, coffee, or essentials. My wife and I had a wonderful short stay at Hotel Santika Makassar. Everyone was warm and professional, and check-in went quickly. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was cozy, and we slept really well. We also loved the slice of cake. Staff greeted us with a smile whenever we passed, which made us feel welcome. The location made getting around Makassar easy. The stay exceeded our expectations, and we'd happily come back and recommend Hotel Santika Makassar.

The room was comfortable and clean, though there wasn't much closet space. Breakfast choices are limited and the food was okay, but nothing memorable. Service felt average, neither impressive nor disappointing. A few improvements to the facilities and service could make the stay more satisfying.

The receptionists are reliably friendly, and the restaurant is a big part of why I enjoy staying at Hotel Santika, haha. They serve local specialties. At Hotel Santika Makassar this time, I had Pallubasa and Coto Makassar, both pretty good. The porridge selection was interesting too. I tried Bassang for the first time and liked how delicious and smooth it was. Keep up the good work, Hotel Santika!

There's plenty within walking distance, and the location is great. For the price, we found it a really comfortable place. Our room was spotless, the bedding was good, and it was well soundproofed. It's not a new hotel and there may be a few small issues, but we'd choose it again when we're back in town and recommend it to friends and family. Breakfast was included, with a big spread of local food, some simple international dishes, an egg station, pastries, fresh real coffee, juices, and more. Thanks!

Losari beach, food places, and convenience stores are all within walking distance. The room matched its listing, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. I'd recommend it for solo travelers or families. Keep it up, team Santika Makassar!
