I got upgraded to a family suite, and the room was great. The gym was decent, and breakfast had the variety you’d expect from a 3-star hotel. Special thanks to mbak widia, who was very helpful.

The bed was comfortable, and I slept well even though I arrived very late. It was my first time seeing bolsters in a hotel room. The facilities were good, but the staff could use more training on them. I was told the wrong gym opening time, so I used it without realizing it was closed until I finished and saw the rules notice. I felt bad about that. The housekeeping staff were friendly. At reception, most weren’t as friendly, in my opinion. One girl I met the night before checkout was an exception. I forgot her name, but she did her best to suggest places to visit, even though she wasn’t from Makassar either.

The room was on the small side, but cozy and in line with the price. I found the hotel comfortable and handy for nearby office areas, with enough parking. The staff were friendly and helpful. A solid option for business or a short stay.

I stayed here on a business trip. The staff provided great service, and the food was good with plenty of variety. The hotel is in a strategic spot downtown Makassar, and the room was good for resting or sleeping. The bathroom could use a little improvement.
