My first room, 728, was disappointing: it looked aged and had a strong smell of smoke. I asked to move and was given room 805, which was much better. Novotel isn't even a luxury hotel chain, but I still associate it with a quality standard. The staff, from security and the front desk to housekeeping and F&B, were all very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Good value for money.

Whenever I'm in Ujung Pandang, I usually stay here. It's a good hotel, though the front desk staff could be more professional and housekeeping needs some work.

There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and even a mall nearby, which makes the location really convenient. The service was excellent, and I'll definitely stay at the novotel again. Truly recommended 👌
