Harris Hotel & Suites Nagoya Batam

It’s my fourth stay here, and I personally plan to return with our children next school holiday. The reception lady remembered us and greeted us politely; the reception team were always smiling, attentive, and kind. In our Vibe Room over four nights, the bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi stable, and the AC worked properly. Towels and white bed sheets were clean and had no stains or smell. The mattress was okay, and there were no bedbugs. The shower head was very large and powerful, with consistently hot water. The toilet stayed dry, with no mold or smell, which matters a lot to me for a good, clean bathroom. Housekeeping cleaned at 10am each morning, so the room was ready when we got back from breakfast. Please keep up the good service and attitude. Thank you, Hotel Harris Nagoya. We’ll definitely come back.

Puteri and Fikri made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. They were warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, always ready to help with a smile and making sure the details of our stay were handled. Their outstanding service reflects well on the hotel and makes them a real credit to the team. We had a wonderful stay and want to thank the whole team for their exceptional hospitality. Puteri and Fikri went above and beyond to make it memorable. We look forward to returning.

Seiren was cheerful and helpful while assisting with my family staycation, and Hogan boy was helpful too, accommodating my request. I was very happy with the stay at Harris hotel, the buffet breakfast, and the staff hospitality. They made my day amazing. I’ll definitely come back whenever I visit Nagoya batam. Thank you all!

We stayed 3D2N from 5-7Jun 2026 at Harris Batam Centre to celebrate my Son-in-law’s birthday, and the hotel made it memorable. The BIG SURPRISE came at breakfast: GRO Ms Sieren, Captain Floor Ms Resti, and her entire teams treated him to a special cake. We really appreciate what the staff sincerely did for us and their outstanding service. The staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to help with warm smiles.
