Super OYO 2756 Anata

From the moment I arrived, it felt like a scam. They demanded cash for the room and said they hadn't accepted Booking reservations for over two months, even though Booking was the only way to reserve this hotel. I got there quite late and had no other option. It's nearly a month later, and OYO still sends me the same copy-paste message telling me to contact the hotel about my Booking refund. The room wasn't as clean or bright as the photos suggested, and mine had no windows at all. Communication with the staff was very difficult. Whenever I needed help, they said they were only employees and couldn't do anything. Then at 6 a.m. it got really noisy for an hour while they cleaned. They banged the broom against corners and steps, slammed doors, and talked on speakerphone. Earplugs won't be enough. Hope your stay goes better if you still decide to come.
