玛琅艾里克罗杰奥罗奥罗多沃默尔巴布11号酒店(Airy Klojen Oro Oro Dowo Merbabu 11 Malang)

For a long weekend, Augustina Home worked out really well for my short getaway. I got a Standard Double Room for just 250k IDR, a great price. It was clean and comfortable, and I’d recommend it to travelers looking for a budget option.

The staff were kind and friendly, and I liked having a big room with useful amenities. I chose one with a balcony and smoking area. I came from Bali for a holiday in Malang and was glad I picked this homestay: the price was affordable and the location was convenient. It was worth staying here, and I’ll definitely come back. Thanks for everything!

It felt more like a monthly rental room. The room was okay, but there was no cabinet, safe deposit box, or hairdryer.

The room itself was fine, and they gave me a full refund when I canceled, which I appreciate. But my car window was smashed in the homestay parking lot, and nobody had noticed by the time I returned. I had booked one night and left the car for about two hours while walking around Ijen street. The place is cozy and has lots of open space, but only one staff member was on duty. When I asked to see the footage, I was told the CCTV wasn't working. The owner didn't contact us or come speak with us. One staff member said they lived in Jakarta, another said they were coming to the homestay, so I don't know which was true. They need to fix the security system and have proper security staff. Until then, I recommend staying at another hotel or in another area.
