Airy Lowokwaru Candi Trowulan 12 Malang

It has the feel of a hotel, while still being a guesthouse.

There's a lot of food around the hotel, so finding something to eat late at night is no problem. It's peaceful, and the room looked exactly like the one in the booking app, though I forgot to take a photo. The staff responded quickly, especially housekeeping, who I asked to clean the room. The third floor is a cozy place to sit and take in the view. My one complaint is the bed. It creaks whenever you move, and that noise makes it uncomfortable.

The rooftop sky garden is a nice spot for views across Malang, and the food and drinks were pretty tasty. I stayed in a superior room, which had a good amount of space, and the blankets, mattress, pillows, and bathroom were clean. There's a separate Airy Wi-Fi network, and it was very fast. The inn is in Lowokwaru, near the cool hangouts along Soekarno-Hatta Street.

D'fresh has dining areas on the 1st, 3rd, and 4th floors. The upper floors look out over the surrounding area, with mountains in the distance, while the 1st floor has lots of photos of famous singers. Recommended...
