The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali

We were traveling with little ones, and the hotel felt welcoming and comfortable for families. Our room was very clean and comfortable after long days out, and housekeeping kept it in great shape. The whole team was polite, efficient, and ready to help with a smile. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and their care made the stay extra special. A particular thank you to Anggi for her kindness and professionalism. We had a wonderful time and would recommend the hotel to families looking for a relaxing stay. We’re already looking forward to returning!

We had a lovely 3 days and 2 nights here. The facilities were worthy of a five-star resort, with beach access, canoe bicycles, a pool, and plenty of other things to do. We kept busy enjoying what the hotel had to offer. Breakfast was tasty, had lots of choice, and was absolutely worth the price. Our renovated room was beautifully done, if a little small, and the fluffy bed and duvet made for a comfortable night. There was renovation work going on, so it got a bit noisy at times. Still, the great food, facilities, and especially the service made it a memorable stay. Every staff member was warm and attentive. Ms. Arisa and Ms. Septa deserve special thanks for going out of their way to change our room even though the hotel was full, and for letting us use the thermal facilities free of charge. We really appreciated that care.

The staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Everyone was kind, polite, courteous, and professional, always smiling and ready to help. It was a lovely Balinese hospitality experience. A small request for other guests: please give the staff the same respect and kindness they show you. They’re there to make your stay pleasant, not to be treated as slaves or servants. I spent five lovely nights at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua in November 2025. The grounds are beautifully kept, with high quality landscaping, and you can walk along the beach in either direction. Local warungs and shops are about a 10-minute walk away. The pools looked nice and never seemed busy, though I mostly used the beach. It was clean, with soft sand, high quality loungers, and calm, warm water that slopes very gradually. There isn’t much to see snorkeling from the beach here. My deluxe garden view room was large, clean, and had good quality amenities. They left fruit and nuts during my stay. The only small complaint was the tiny balcony, which had no furniture. The room photos on the Marriott booking website show a larger balcony with a sofa and seating area, which I found misleading. It didn’t spoil my stay, though. I moved a chair outside and enjoyed my morning coffee with the birds. Food and service at both Ikan and Seasonal Tastes were excellent. Breakfast may be the best hotel spread I’ve seen, with healthy choices, smoothies, and food cooked fresh. Ikan’s dishes were delicious and beautifully presented, and the beers from the beach bar were properly cold. I’d highly recommend The Westin Resort Nusa Dua and wouldn’t hesitate to return. The resort’s beach bar was a lovely place to unwind at the end of the day, with local bites, fresh beers, and good tunes from a female DJ. The next morning, I went for an early run along the beach right in front of the resort, and being able to run in either direction added some variety. Breakfast was excellent, with a huge and delicious spread. The two main hosts, Mataram and Sumadita, were fun and caring, and the rest of the team was kind and helpful. My very late check-in at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali went smoothly thanks to Denny and Angga. I liked the freshly renovated room and its balcony, where I could get some fresh air and my first feel for the island. I really enjoyed my stay. This resort, led by General Manager Sander, is a superb option for a visit to Nusa Dua.
