The location was great, and the place felt fairly safe. But I came in with low expectations, hoping for a decent location and a clean room, and ended up staying a week with ants nesting in the bed frame. At first I thought there were just a couple, so I let it go for two nights. Then I realized it was a nest that had built up over time, clearly not something I’d brought in. I contacted the owner at midnight, hoping to hear back in the morning, and sent videos of the ants and nest. He never replied.

A lovely place to stay without that crowded hotel feeling. The buildings are older in style, so don’t expect perfection unless you’re paying five times more. The staff are very nice and do their best to help with anything. This place is great.

The room was clean and really comfortable, especially for such an affordable price. The managers were friendly and helpful, and it’s close to the shops, restaurants, and beach around Legian.

A good host and a central spot, with a pool and air conditioning. There’s a mini mart nearby, and the room has a small fridge that stays cold. It could use some maintenance, but otherwise it was okay.

The pool and garden were really nice, but the Deluxe room was filthy and smelled of sewage. There weren’t any blankets or a top sheet on the bed, and no toilet paper was provided. The TV was tiny, nowhere near 40”, and although breakfast was advertised as included, there wasn’t any. Stay away.
