The TV and Wi-Fi were excellent, and there was plenty of parking for both cars and motorcycles. I had a comfortable one-night stay, with cool AC and a large bed. The building was very new, neat, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly. It was easy to reach from the strategic location. When I visited in August 2020, it was reportedly only seven months old. The room had towels, but no water heater, and maybe they forgot the toiletries: there was no soap, shampoo, or toothbrush. The cleanliness was top-notch. Highly recommended.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. I was on the third floor and wanted help carrying my suitcase up. The location was easy to find in a housing complex, just as shown on the map, and it’s close to Malang's town square with food stalls and other places to eat nearby. They provided soap, shampoo, two bottles of mineral water, and snacks, but no toothbrush, so bring your own toiletries. I stayed for two nights, and the water and snacks weren’t refilled, which seemed a bit odd. The mattress was still wrapped in plastic and creaked when I slept. The electricity went out repeatedly during my stay, taking the TV, AC, and outlets with it. It seemed like the lights and AC were on separate circuits. There’s no elevator, so going up and down from the third floor was a hassle. Still, it was okay overall, and I’d recommend it if you’re looking for affordable accommodation.

The building is still new and in good shape, and the staff are friendly. The rooms are more spacious than at Gayatri 1.

Finding food or breakfast nearby is easy, and the staff are friendly. It’s a new building with super-cold AC. Really good 👍👍👍
