Michiko called Asccent Hotel Pasuruan "Cantik," and we never get tired of it. The service is the best, the food tastes so good, and the prices are great. We always want to come back. Highly recommended if you're staying in Pasuruan. For us, it's the best hotel in town.

A lot needs attention. The shower handle comes loose easily, the bathroom partition is hard to close, and there are holes in the room curtains. Dhea.

I changed this to two stars because they upgraded our room after we complained, and I appreciated that. Afterward, though, things got strange: they kept asking to take our photo, and at one point took one without our permission. This doesn't meet four-star western standards, and I'd give it two stars at best. Our first room was full of ants. When we asked to move, the next room had a leaking AC that dripped onto the floor and table, getting some of our belongings wet. Housekeeping said this happens in multiple rooms. Neither bathroom had soap. I guess nobody washes their hands here after using the bathroom? Both rooms smelled of sweat and cigarettes despite being non-smoking rooms. The escalators were broken half the time. Don't waste your money here. It's a complete dump.
