I would have switched hotels if I hadn't been on a package tour. The room was horrendous: disgusting pillows, a musty, sweaty smell from the bed, mold spots in the bathroom, and an air conditioner that dripped water and blew dust. Noise was a problem at night too. The hotel is beside the railway, and I heard loud honking and catcalls from the main road during my stay. Lobby staff understood only simple English. Breakfast was basic but enough.

The stay wasn't pleasant, and it ended up wasting precious family vacation time. Check-in was a mess: our room wasn't ready, and the substitute room wasn't ready either. The receptionist was friendly but couldn't find a solution. The location is the hotel's strongest point, but it seems taken for granted. Our room was humid, smelled bad, had no ventilation, and the air conditioner was loud without cooling the room. I hope the next guests don't have the same experience.

I got a good rate through the app, and my kids really liked watching the trains go by. The hotel sits beside the railway, so you can hear them pass. The room was small and unclean, with dust and ants on the desk, and the bathroom was dirty too. The bathroom itself wasn't too small.

Our first impression was very good on a family holiday. The service was good, and the Indonesian-style breakfast was nice. One employee, Jihan, was especially helpful in assisting us.

The location is the one good thing. I requested a non-smoking room but got a smoking one, the AC blew hot air, and the towels and sheets smelled and weren't very clean. Don't expect much. It feels more like a motel than a hotel.
