The location is a real plus, with the train station nearby, so it’s easy to travel to other cities. There aren’t many restaurants around, but there are still some good options. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived, the place exceeded my expectations. Traveling solo, I found the room spacious and the bathroom clean. They even put a bath mat in the shower, a thoughtful little detail you don’t often see.

I stayed for 3 days and had a great time overall. The bathroom was aesthetic and clean, with great lighting for a mirror selfie. I’d really recommend it 😤, though slippers would be a nice addition.

The complimentary morning tea and coffee are served at a shared dining table, a nice touch for guests. Couples should bring a marriage certificate for check-in, as it’s required here. At around 350,000 rupiahs per night, this guest house is very affordable, with secure, spacious parking and easy access to public transport. It’s close to the city center on Jalan Sarangan, making it a good base for exploring Malang. The two-story building feels homely, neat, spacious, and very clean. Rooms aren’t especially large, but they’re cozy and peaceful, and the spotless bathrooms have plenty of hot water. There isn’t a full breakfast, but the shared table gives the place a bit of community feeling. It’s a charming, comfortable option for the price and location.

The room and service were great, and the price was affordable. It’s the best place to stay in Malang.
