The rooms were spacious, beautiful, immaculately clean, and arranged to feel calm and relaxing. Amenities were neatly organized, and daily housekeeping was consistent, with clear attention to guest comfort. The staff, from reception to the cleaning crew, were warm and professional and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Their hospitality really stood out. I had a perfect stay at Msuite Homestay Malang, one of the best places I’ve experienced in Indonesia. The rooms, service, and peaceful atmosphere make it a top choice in Malang. I highly recommend Msuite Homestay and will stay here again on my next visit.

The road can be a little noisy, but it didn’t bother me. The staff were kind and helpful, serviced the room every day, and even locked up my scooter in the parking area. The room was modern and clean, with a huge bed, AC, a water heater, tea and coffee, and a bathroom with hot water and good pressure. A great base for visiting Malang, about a 15-minute walk from the train station and very close to the center.

The location is good, and the service was nice, but the room was nothing like the pictures. It was quite small and incredibly dirty, especially the bathroom. Even the towels were filthy, and the whole place smelled musty. There were ants everywhere too, more than I’ve ever seen in one place.

The staff were so kind and helpful. They even sent us a parcel with something we’d left behind in the room, which was really thoughtful. Our room was spacious and very clean, with a huge, comfortable bed. The homestay had everything we needed and felt as well equipped as a hotel. Thanks so much!

Great service and a nice room. It was a good place for an overnight stay, and I’ll come back next time I’m in Malang. Thank you!
