Breakfast was good, and the grounds are really green despite being in the city. The bed was comfortable, but the room is old and the bathroom wasn't very clean. Wi-Fi was very bad, and the pool was out of order for three days. There's a rooster in a cage near the rooms that starts crowing at 4 am.
We booked two large bedrooms again in 2025, and this time management had made improvements. The rooms were clean and superb, the restaurant had lots of food options, and the kids loved it. We'd like to stay here again another day. On our earlier visit, we also had two large, quite nice bedrooms. The pool was great for kids, the restaurant menu was great, and parking was spacious and comfortable. The central location was handy. However, the hot water wasn't on, and the bathtub wasn't clean. Management could do a better job cleaning the bathrooms.
I went to the hotel for the wedding of my mom's friend's son. The place was good and clean, and the food was okay. There were plenty of choices, both oriental and Indonesian. Everything was fine.
I’ve been here for a wedding before. The ballroom setup was super comfortable, and it felt elegant and warm for such a sacred event.
The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, a nice swimming pool, and lots of trees and plants around it. The breakfast was really yummy. The rooms and bathrooms are very large and packed with furniture, refrigerators, and electric kettles. But the hotel looks like it must have been beautiful a few years ago. If cleanliness matters a lot to you, it may not be a great choice: the bathroom was very stained, the warm water didn't work well, and the bed wasn't clean or tidy when I arrived. The choice is yours. It's still a good place overall.
