Booked two nights through Agoda, but at check-in the receptionist told me the room was being repaired. That sounded like nonsense, and she hadn’t even tried to contact me before I arrived. The property is tiny and cramped, and doesn’t feel proper at all. I don’t understand how it meets Spot On’s standard. I won’t trust their franchise again. Stay away from SERAYU RESIDENCE!

The price and facade looked nice at first, but the service wasn’t. The facilities were a definite no, and every corner was dirty. I’d booked for a long stay but left after one night.

I came all the way from Malaysia, with a booking confirmation email I’d received two weeks earlier, but the hotel said they had no booking for me. I was really upset, and the worker at the service counter seemed useless. I had to find another hotel just then. lol

The place is cramped and far too narrow. There’s no private bathroom, so you have to share one with other guests. They didn’t provide toiletries or a towel.

I’d say choose another hotel. This one isn’t recommended at all, so don’t stay here!
