The staff were friendly and professional, and made me feel welcome. The sahur menu had a nice range of choices, and it all tasted great. Getting to the hotel was easy, too. I had a small problem with my room at the start, but the team sorted it out impressively quickly. They paid close attention, focused on a solution, and even offered a complimentary gesture. I'd happily stay here again next time.

We got to the hotel on Saturday evening and Mba Amanda at the front office gave us a warm welcome. We were half an hour early for check-in, so she took care of the paperwork while we waited for the room to be cleaned. She also brought us a warm drink, which my husband and I found surprisingly relaxing. At 13.45, the room was ready. We loved how spacious, clean, and cozy it was. At breakfast, Mba Amanda chatted with us and warmly suggested places to visit before we left Malang. Good job, Santika, and kudos to Mba Amanda.

My family and I had a great time at Santika Premiere. The food was good, and the café cake was delicious. We were especially happy to find the cakes on sale after 5 pm. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout, and we felt comfortable the whole stay. Santika Hotel's service and hospitality have always been consistently good for me. A pleasant, family-friendly place to stay.

At the Saturday buffet dinner at Hotel Santika Premier Malang, Rifqi, Raga, Saras and their team made sure everyone felt looked after in a warm atmosphere. They were sincere, professional, friendly, quick to respond, and worked well together. Rifqi's leadership helped the service run smoothly and efficiently. The dinner event was a fantastic experience, and the team is a real asset to the hotel. I'd recommend it for a staycation and a lovely dinner in Malang.

The iftar buffet was average overall, but not bad. The chicken blackpaper and kwetiau siran were tasty.
