Getting to key destinations is easy, and the atmosphere is relaxing. The rooms are clean, the facilities are modern, and the service is friendly. It felt comfortable and welcoming, whether for a family visit or a business trip.

The room had plenty of space, though the AC didn't cool it enough. Service was perfect and the location is convenient. I'd like to come back someday.

The evening weather is lovely and cool, and the room decor is unusual, clearly aimed at families. We got vouchers for the swimming pool, but waterpark activities cost an extra 15000 RB for entry. Staff were helpful and hospitable. The restaurants served good food, including breakfast. It's a good hotel and waterpark.

Stayed with my family and really enjoyed it. The room was cozy, and the kids loved the bunk bed.

4/10
The room was fine and reasonably clean, but breakfast made the stay frustrating. The dining space couldn't fit everyone, so I waited more than 15 minutes for a seat, and the food didn't taste good. Also, although the hotel gives a voucher for Sengkaling Swimming Pool, there isn't direct access to the pool.
