It was easy to find, and the pin on Google Maps was accurate. The owner was friendly, though the gate stays locked and you need to ring the bell to get in. If you plan to come back after midnight, let them know ahead of time. The room was clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning, a TV, towels, soap, a water heater, mineral water, and glasses. Water flow was fine, but the shower pressure could've been stronger. For the price, I thought it was very good value.

The price is easy on the wallet, and they offer free hot tea. It’s quiet, and the woman there was friendly. The gate is kept locked, with strict rules about it, and parking fits two small cars. The room was clean and had AC, hot water, towels, and soap, but no toothbrush. There wasn’t a clothes hanger either, so I had to hang things in the bathroom.

There are lots of campuses and places to eat nearby, so the location is pretty convenient. The room had air conditioning and hot water, and the amenities themselves were fine. The service fell short, though: nobody emptied the trash, the water jug was never refilled, and mineral water was provided only on the first day.
