Ollino Garden

First time staying here, for three nights, and everything was great. Breakfast had lots of choices, including Indomie, of course, and there was free ice cream for all guests. It's close to kampung warna warni, alun2 malang and the train station. Keep up the good work.

The location worked really well, with the blue and rainbow village within walking distance and good food nearby. We didn't try breakfast. Our room wasn't very clean, though, and the shower drain didn't work, so the bathroom flooded. Someone came quickly to fix it, but left us with a puddle across the bathroom and our bath mat floating away. Staff also responded quickly when we had another request.

There were stains all over the room and a strange smell. This was the worst four-star hotel I've stayed in, one star at best. Avoid it if you can.

It was too late for us to cancel the final night, so we gave up the money and booked somewhere else. The room was filthy, the dirtiest I've ever stayed in, with marks and dirt on the walls and furniture. Even the sheets and towels didn't look very clean, and my wife and I felt grossed out. The place looked nothing like the photos. It seemed as if one half had been renovated to match them, while the other half was still in a disgusting, outdated condition. For a four-star hotel, we should have felt comfortable walking around without slippers.
