The beds were really comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi was great. Staff did what they could to help, and it felt like good value for the money. The bathroom was in top shape, though the front desk staff spoke Indonesian only. I have no other complaints.
6/10
We chose this place for a sunrise trip to Mount Bromo. The rooms are spacious, but cleanliness was an issue: the bathroom was especially dirty, and the drain was covered in hair when we arrived. The rest was okay.
4/10
We’ve been traveling for almost six months, and this was one of our worst stays. The room had mold on the walls, the sheets weren’t very clean, and the plugs only worked when the light was on, so charging anything meant sleeping with the light on. There was no sink or toilet paper. We’d booked a “Deluxe” room at a good price, but its only window faced the hallway instead of outside. Some of these problems were too much even for that price, and I wouldn’t stay here again.
10/10
Clean and cozy, I loved it. The room could use a little maintenance, though.
10/10
A great place to stay if you’re looking for an affordable price.
