It’s a comfortable, clean, spacious place, with plenty nearby: food stalls, Indomaret, Alfamart, pharmacies, and Tomoro right across the way. Plaza Araya isn’t far either. I’d definitely recommend it for young women studying or working. 👍

The guard is friendly, and the room has a nice smell. It’s well equipped, with a TV, AC, wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom with hot water.

This feels like a typical boarding house, and it’s not a place I’d recommend. The bathroom smells, water is kept in a bucket, the headboard is moldy, and there are lots of cockroaches. The AC has no remote, the TV doesn’t work, and the kitchen sink is blocked. Trash piles up and stinks because the house is rarely cleaned. Complaints get ignored. Cars can’t park, and the parking spaces have been divided into lots. If you take one, the owner and the boarding house guard will kick you out, even though the guard was the one who told you to come in. Getting a motorcycle out of the parking area is difficult, too.

It was listed on Oyo, Traveloka, Agoda, and pegi", but when I arrived, Kos Putri turned out not to be lodging. They’d already taken the money, too.
