Could this get a minus star? The one star feels generous. On the day of my event I searched everywhere and couldn’t find the place. Nobody answered my repeated calls, then I was suddenly told in chat to cancel because the price was too low. I asked whether I’d get a full refund and was told it had already been confirmed with Oyo. I canceled, but I still haven’t received my money, and they’ve only read my messages. I don’t want to take anyone’s money unfairly, but I’d advise people not to come here. I checked the other comments and saw the same thing about refunds. 👎👎👎

Really disappointed with this OYO. We couldn’t find the address listed on Google and got lost. After paying, we had to find another hotel. The person before us said the same thing happened to them. They just wanted the money, and the location details weren’t accurate.

They canceled my room booking because of an electrical problem. It’s been nearly a week and I still haven’t received the refund, or even a chat message.

They took my money and never returned it. A terrible experience. Don’t book here.
