DON’T. Please don’t let anyone else end up here. I only clicked on the messaging app and arrived at the location to be put in a staff room in the corner. It was cramped and stuffy, shaped like a triangle, with just a bed and no air conditioning. I’d rather lose the money and get no refund than suffocate in that place. The location is hard to reach, and the staff and service are rotten. The place is rotten too. I didn’t even get to see the other facilities. Enough, please don’t let there be any more victims.

As a UNIBRAW alumnus, I can’t accept this. It’s an insult to the campus. Move it right away. This is embarrassing!

I won’t book a nonrefundable hotel through an app again without checking where it is first. The hotel was at fault, but somehow I was left dealing with it. They said I could get a refund because they hadn’t upgraded the room and couldn’t confirm the booking, so I couldn’t check in. In reality, I couldn’t get any refund. I’m so fed up with trying this again!

Please don’t let anyone else get cheated. The hotel isn’t fit to use, the rooms are very dirty, and the staff are rude. They also charged an extra fee and said it was for cleaning. I want to warn you all.

The address was so unclear and hard to find, and the maps didn’t match, even though I’d already paid through the Agoda app. Don’t go there, so there won’t be more victims. You’re so evil, Jancoqqq, may you have a good end, brother, fake address scammer. Out of all things to fake, why fake the address? Next time, find blessed sustenance, dog.
