Snooze Hostel Malang

The staff at both Snooze hostels I've visited were lovely. I stayed at ReVive by Snooze in Banyuwangi and the newer Snooze in Malang, and was welcomed warmly from the start. They were attentive, quick to respond, and made me feel comfortable enough to extend my stay. The rooms and shared facilities are well thought out. My single room was roomy, nicely furnished, and had its own sink, shower, and toilet. There are also separate shared sinks, showers, and toilets, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The common spaces are laid out and decorated nicely, with room to relax or chat with other guests. Thanks to all the staff for making the stay such a pleasant, memorable one. The quality at Snooze is top class.

The rooms were roomy, clean, and comfortable, and there were lots of cozy places to sit in the common area. The real highlight, though, was the women working there. They were so welcoming and helpful, and the reception staff gave us plenty of tips for Malang. One of them even texted my boyfriend to say sorry she couldn't say goodbye. So sweet!

I picked this hostel over a four or five star hotel because I like chatting with other travelers and backpackers, and I had a lot of fun doing that here. The crew were really friendly, and I saw them cleaning every day. I stayed about seven nights. The kitchen had a refrigerator, water dispenser, and gas stove for cooking your own meals. Everything felt perfect to me. I can't think of a better hostel. Thanks, Snooze. See you on my next visit 😄😄😄😄

We had the deluxe double with a private bathroom, and it was huge for the price. The communal areas were spacious, clean, and welcoming too. The staff were genuinely lovely throughout our three nights. They took the time to answer all my questions, suggested restaurants and activities, and arranged transport for our next stop. We felt at home as soon as we walked in. I'd happily recommend staying here.
