The house was clean and fully sanitized before we arrived. It had three bedrooms: two larger ones with Queen size beds, cupboards, desks and dressing tables, plus a smaller room by the kitchen with bunk beds, a cupboard and a desk. There were lots of power sockets, so keeping devices charged wasn't a worry. The minimalist, high-tech layout put the living room by the entrance, then opened into a shared family, dining and kitchen area. There were just two sofas in the first room, but in the family room we could watch TV, including Netflix and Youtube, from the couch or the carpet. The kitchen had drawers for cookware and dining utensils, plus a microwave, refrigerator and electric stove. I didn't like that stove much since you couldn't adjust the heat as needed, so cooking took longer. Both bathrooms were very clean, with toiletries, towels and shower curtains separating the shower from the toilet. In the back there was also an ironing board, clothes bars for drying laundry, a washing machine and a small garden with automatic sprinklers. The unit is in Lowokwaru, within the Green Orchids residence cluster. I wasn't sure if public transport reaches it, but online transport is an option. Nearby there are street food stalls, minimarkets and cafes, and Suhat is close with more restaurants, cafes, boutiques and a traditional market.

Nice.

For the price, self-service check-in and check-out make sense. The place has cooking and dining utensils, a washing machine, air conditioning in every room, and two bathrooms with showers. It can suit families of up to eight.

We spent two nights in the villa. It's small but compact, and the owner seems to have planned the layout carefully so it works for guests. The kitchen was fully equipped with a rice cooker, water heater and even a blender, though we didn't use that one. The location is handy too: Kopi Jaya and the legendary pecel from Warlok aren't far from the housing complex, and Jalan Soekarno-Hatta is a short walk away with lots of good food. Check-in and checkout are self-service. That might feel a bit awkward if you're used to being served, but as introverts we loved it.

The house is minimalist but roomy enough for a family with five adult children. It's close to the city, in a comfortable environment, and fully equipped with modern features. The price is standard.
