The Shalimar Boutique Hotel

I enjoyed my stay at The Shalimar Hotel Malang. Its heritage character and modern comforts come together in a warm, elegant setting. The room was cozy and well cared for, and the staff made me feel welcome with attentive service. A great choice for a classic, characterful stay in the heart of Malang.

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, especially the bed. I also liked the hotel's classic design and calm atmosphere, which made it a relaxing place to unwind. Service was excellent throughout. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, and Tiara at reception was particularly kind and helped me a lot. I had a pleasant stay at The Shalimar Boutique Hotel Malang and would recommend it to anyone visiting Malang.

The room had a handy touch for travelers who forget a charger: the collaboration with UniTAG. I really liked that. The executive rooms were nice, and this was one of the best boutique hotel stays in Malang. Sherly checked us in and had the rooms ready earlier than expected. Kevin was very kind too, arranging an upgrade, an early check-in, and a late check-out. He also showed us around the hotel, including the royal and presidential suites. Next time I'll visit the prancing sorrel. The night-shift staff, whose names I forgot, helped us get to Kajoetangan Heritage. At breakfast the next morning, Bu Maria personally offered to bring beef rawon to our table and took great care of us. She also said goodbye when we checked out. Kudos to Shalimar!
