The spot is conveniently close to Kota Lama, but the stay was a letdown. The room was dirty, shabby, cramped, and not fit to stay in; the bathroom was even worse. There were no toiletries, just one small blanket. The TV didn't work, the AC wasn't cold, there was no hot water, and the toilet was flooded. I also found lots of mosquitoes, cockroaches, and bedbugs. Don't trust the ratings or waste your time staying here.

I really regret booking this hotel. They told me they no longer worked with trip.com, but after I contacted customer service, it turned out they still did. The response was slow, and I waited 3 days for my refund. The woman would have been better off firing me instead of trying to end the employment relationship. She's irresponsible, a hoax, and doesn't do her job well.
2/10
Not recommended. I was asked for extra cash despite having paid already, the AC was broken, and I got twin beds after ordering a large bed.
2/10
The room was in really poor condition, and there were lots of bed bugs on the mattress. A bad experience.
2/10
The place, mattress, and blanket were dirty and poorly maintained. I was itchy, and the TV didn't work. I wouldn't recommend it.
