Amaris Hotel Manado

I paid for an iftar event for 30 people, but only 26 came. Before paying, I asked the marketing staff on WhatsApp whether I could take the unused portion back if some colleagues didn't attend. She said yes. After the event, she told me they couldn't provide the rest, and when I asked the hotel to take responsibility, nothing came of it. I called to speak with the manager, but reception connected me to marketing instead. I still haven't received an invoice, and she didn't apologize, she blamed me. I have evidence and won't forget this. Let's see how far the case goes. I've stayed at Amaris Gorontalo many times without any bad experiences. Your team has my number, and I'll open communication with the GM. The marketing service was disgusting, and even starting the conversation about my iftar event was met with a slow response. So unprofessional.

The room was tidy and clean, and the hotel is at the Megamas Bussiness Center. I was disappointed that there weren't guest supplies like tea, coffee, sugar, or even a kettle.

That sunset view is stunning 🥰🤩. Amaris is one of the best hotels in manado, and I'm still in love with it 🫶
